7. Why am I seeing the error message “Insufficient funds in your account” when I try to make a withdrawal?
This message appears if your main balance is below the minimum amount required for the payment system you are using. Another reason could be that you are trying to create a duplicate withdrawal request (the total withdrawal request amount must be equal to the amount in your account).
8. Why do i need to wager my deposit?

13. Why am I being charged more than the amount I entered in the Checkout when making a deposit?
Neither we, nor the payment system, charge any fees for withdrawals. Any additional amount being charged is the conversion difference.
